The terms that govern our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services provided by East Anglia AI Services Ltd ("EAAIS"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

EAAIS provides AI automation consulting, custom AI agent development, workflow automation, data pipeline architecture, predictive intelligence, and LLM integration. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual Statements of Work.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate information required for project delivery
• Grant necessary access to systems, data, and personnel
• Designate a project contact responsible for approvals
• Pay invoices within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
• Comply with all applicable laws when using AI systems we deliver

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive a perpetual licence to use all custom-built AI systems delivered. EAAIS retains ownership of underlying methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing tools. We may reference engagements in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Data & Confidentiality

All client data is treated as strictly confidential. Data shared with EAAIS is only used to deliver agreed services and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

EAAIS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. The client shall pay for all work completed to the termination date. Confidentiality, IP, and payment clauses survive termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
